HJ Properties LLC / HJ Real Estates (“HJR”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the HJR Channel Partner App (the “App”) to help channel partners/brokers register, submit deals, track deal progress, and view commission and payout information.

2) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

  • The HJR Channel Partner App, and
  • Related support communications (email/phone) connected to your App account.

3) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide during registration (Account & Profile)

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Personal details: Full name, email address, phone number, company/brokerage, relationship manager ID, RERA ID/BRN (optional)
  • Address details: Country, city, state, pin/zip code, full address
  • Bank details (for commission payouts): Account holder name, account number, bank name, SWIFT/IBAN
  • Identity documents: Passport number / Emirates ID number, uploaded passport / Emirates ID document
  • Agreements: Acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy; acceptance of Broker Agreement and digital signature (where applicable)

B) Authentication and verification

We use email-based OTP (one-time password) to:

  • Verify registration
  • Verify login
  • Verify sensitive requests (for example, account deletion)

C) Deal submission and transaction information

If you submit deals or documents, we may collect and process:

  • Buyer/customer information you submit (as required for deal processing)
  • Deal/property details
  • Supporting documents you upload
  • Deal status history, commission eligibility, and payout status information

D) Support and communications

If you contact us or raise a query in the App:

  • Your messages, attachments, and communication history

E) App usage and technical data

We may automatically collect:

  • Device type/model, operating system version, App version
  • IP address and basic logs related to security and troubleshooting
  • Crash logs, diagnostic and performance data
  • Usage logs (screens/actions inside the App)
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless we explicitly request it and you allow it in your device settings.

4) How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and profile
  • Authenticate you using email OTP
  • Review registrations and verify submitted information/documents
  • Process deal submissions and supporting documentation
  • Provide deal tracking and status updates
  • Manage and display commission eligibility and payout status
  • Provide customer support and respond to queries
  • Maintain App security, prevent fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and internal policy requirements

5) How We Share Your Information

We may share information only as needed:

A) With HJR teams

Operations, compliance, finance, support, and Relationship Managers.

B) With service providers (processors)

We may use third-party providers to support our services, such as:

  • Hosting and secure storage
  • Email delivery (OTP and service emails)
  • Analytics/crash reporting and performance monitoring
  • Customer support tools

They are permitted to process data only to provide services to HJR and must protect it.

C) With parties involved in processing a deal (as required)

Where required to process deals, we may share relevant deal details and documents with trusted parties involved in the transaction (for example, project/developer teams), subject to appropriate safeguards.

D) For legal and protection reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of HJR, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

6) Data Retention

We retain information:

  • While your account is active and as needed to provide the App services
  • As required for legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure. Please keep your email account secure because OTP verification depends on it.

8) Your Choices and Requests

You may request:

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your account (see Section 9)

Some profile fields may not be editable directly in the App; you can request changes through the App’s request feature or by contacting support@hjr-dymr.com.

9) Account Deletion (Available in App)

You can request deletion of your account inside the App:

  • Open the App → Profile/Settings
  • Tap Delete Account
  • Confirm the request
  • We send an OTP to your registered email for verification
  • After OTP verification, we process the deletion request

After deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information where appropriate. We may retain certain records if required for legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or commission/payout recordkeeping.

11) Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the App and/or on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above.
